Hi, it’s me again. I always forget to update my art here. Every time I post on Instagram, I end up doing other things before going to bed, and then it slips my mind.
I actually have a lot of art to share, but I don’t want to make this place messy, so let’s start with my latest piece.
This artwork took about two weeks to finish, not because it was complicated, but mainly because I barely had time to work on it. As many of you know, I’ve been busy lately. Well, since September, if I’m not mistaken. My director did say, “You may be in pain now, but once this peak season ends, you’ll almost have nothing to do.”
I honestly can’t wait for that time to come.

Anyway, back to the art. This Anubis guy doesn’t have a name. I just felt like drawing him, so here he is. At first, I wanted to turn this piece into a tutorial, but I’m really bad at explaining things. Timelapses also feel boring since most of my process is just selecting areas for shading using lasso or magic tools. In short, my workflow isn’t exactly aesthetic or fun to watch.
The only thing I can think of is doing screenshots with some explanations. Maybe I’ll try that for the next artwork and post.
Alright, that’s all for today. Until then!
