・Commissions are strictly for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
・Watermark/Signature removal option (for advertisement purposes) is available for USD 20 / MYR 85.
・Each commission includes two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee of USD 2 / MYR 4 per round.
・Commercial Commission is exclusively only for returning clients.
・Each commission is limited to a maximum of two (2) characters.
・Completion time for a commission may vary between 2 to 4 weeks.
・Prices listed are fixed and non-negotiable.
・Digital artwork is produced on 1620 x 1620px 350dpi for HEADSHOT commission and 2894 x 4093px (A4) 350dpi canvas size for other commission.
・Traditional artwork is produced exclusively on A5-sized (150gsm) paper.
・Traditional artwork is available only for local clients.

Shipping is handled via DHL Commerce (Domestic Courier Service)

・100% upfront payment is required for all orders.

• 100% upfront payment for both new and returning clients.
Orders above MYR 100
New clients: 60% upfront payment, 40% before delivery of the final artwork
Returning clients: 50% upfront payment, 50% before delivery of the final artwork

Cancellation & Refund Policy
・Refunds will not be issued if the commissioner engages in inappropriate behavior toward the artist.
・If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued (exclude PayPal fee).
・If the commissioner cancels the order, they forfeit any rights to the artwork, and no form of the product may be claimed.

Additional Terms
・The artist reserves the right to decline any commission beyond their skillset or comfort level.
・The artist may showcase the final artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.
・The commissioner has the right to request privacy, and the artist will not share the commissioned artwork publicly upon request.
・If the commissioner shares the commissioned artwork publicly, proper credit must be given to the artist.
・The commissioner is prohibited from reproducing or redistributing the commissioned artwork for commercial use.
・The finished artwork must not be altered or modified in any way.
・The artist is not responsible for delivery delays of traditional artwork once it has been handed over to the courier.
